ROTARY CLUB OF ELGIN INSTALLATION DINNER

The Rotary Club of Elgin installed their officers for 2013-2014 in a ceremony held at Max McGraw Wildlife Foundation on Thursday, June 27, 2013.  Officers for new term are: President, David Considine; President Elect, Wendy Romero, Past President, Brian Borkowicz; Treasurer, Maureen Chovancek; and Secretary, Tim Moore.
