The Rotary Club of Elgin is a 100% Paul Harris Club

On April 25, 2008, the Rotary Club of Elgin was recognized as a 100% Paul Harris Club at the Paul Harris luncheon of the 6440 District Conference. Qualifying Rotary clubs receive a recognition banner, shown here, and the club's name will be engraved on a plaque in the Arch C. Klumph Gallery at RI World Headquarters.
